We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, late arrivals and appointment cancellations disrupt our stylists’ schedule. To ensure fairness and respect for our stylists’ time, the following policy applies; Cancellations within 24hrs will result in 50% charge of service fee. No-shows lead to automatic cancellation with a 100% charge of service. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be subject to a risk forfeiting their appointment at the stylist’s discretion. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our stylist’s earnings and maintain the professionalism of their business. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
